Order Cancellation Policy:

We always encourage the buyers and sellers to manage and settle the conflicts among themselves without calling Support Center unnecessarily. ‘Request Mutual Cancellation’ is the best option to settle your disputes.  However, if the users fail to settle things, they can always seek help from the Support Center. Buyers and sellers are entitled to get customer support only when the order cancellations are performed within 6 days of order completion. It is not possible to cancel the order after 6 days of order completion date.

The seller doesn’t receive any payment when the order is cancelled.

Buyers pay for all the orders in advance. Orders can be specific or custom offer. All sellers must fulfill the order and deliver the service promptly. Without valid reason, the seller cannot cancel the order. When an order is marked complete, it will be closed in 3 to 7 days or immediately after when the buyer leaves the feedback. A buyer can reject the order under many grounds. Disputes and disagreements may occur and either party may mark the order for mutual cancellation or buyer can request for order modification.

When a buyer cannot cancel the order?

If the seller delivered the order precisely as per the description mentioned / given by the buyer, the buyer has no rights to cancel the order based on the quality / services provided.

When Part Time Now™ team can cancel the order?

Every order has the eligibility to cancellation under different grounds.

The orders can also be cancelled by the Customer Support team by Part Time Now™ under the grounds of violation of rules, misconduct, spam orders, and other clauses as applicable. Part Time Now™ has all rights to withhold any order, cancel the orders and even block the user account or transactions if it is found suspicious.

When can a buyer cancel the order?

When the seller failed to deliver the gig before the deadline, the buyer may either cancel the order or provide one more chance to the seller to complete the order with extended duration. If the seller does not provide any response, the buyer can cancel the order.

The buyer can review the completed order, request for any revisions, accept the delivery and provide the feedback. In case of rejections, the buyer may request for revisions and set up new delivery time, several times. If the seller fails to meet the revision request of the order, the buyer can cancel the order.

When the seller can cancel the order?

A seller can cancel the order when the buyer does not provide information required to complete the order. The seller can raise a request for mutual cancellation or contact Support Center for initiating orders cancellation.

What happens when the buyer and seller doesn’t agree mutually?

Disputes and disagreements may occur and either party may request for mutual cancellation.  In case of mutual cancellation, the order will be cancelled and the buyer gets the refund automatically.

What are valid reasons when an order can be cancelled?

Valid reasons for buyers to cancel the order:

When the order is active:

  • When the seller is unresponsive, fail to meet the requirements, delay communication, delays delivery etc.
  • When the order is delivered late.
  • When the seller fails to revise the request.
  • When the seller uses abusive / threatening language.
  • When the seller use copyrighted / plagiarized materials.

When the order is delivered:

  • When the seller sent an empty image file or document.
  • When the seller used copyrighted materials as a part of completed order.
  • When the seller delivers no files as requested.

Valid reasons for sellers to cancel the order:

  • When the buyer abuses and makes several requests for revisions for no valid reason.
  • When the buyer threatens the seller about leaving low ratings.

Valid reasons for buyers to cancel the order:

In case of completed orders (after the order is marked complete, but before 6 days)

  • When it is discovered by the buyer that the seller used copyrighted images / materials.
  • Lack of communication that results in inadequate / inappropriate delivery of order.
  • When seller did not deliver all files required as a part of complete delivery of order.

What happens when an order is cancelled?

When the order is cancelled, the buyer has no right on the order / products / images or other elements that were part of the order, delivered by the seller. The amount paid towards purchasing the gig will be refunded back to the buyer’s account.

Feedback Removal Policy:

Feedback and reviews are provided by the buyer and seller after completion of the order. It forms an important part of review and rating system that enables sellers to build their business.

The feedback removal policy is extended as a part of safeguarding the interest of the users and prevents violation of rules and policies.

A few words to the sellers about the feedback removal:

    When your buyer leave no, low or less desirable feedback

A buyer should leave the feedback as a basic requirement. The buyer has the right to rate the seller and share the experience. A professionally executed order deserves good feedback and rating, from the buyer. The feedback received by the seller is purely decided by the quality of the order delivered, response time, and the level of service provided to the buyer. However, when the buyer fails to provide good and reasonable feedback, regardless of the quality services provided by the seller, the seller can raise a request in the Support Center. However, the seller is not allied to make any abusive comments on the buyer. The customer support will look into the issues and sort out the concerns of the seller.

However, before contacting the customer support team, sellers are encouraged to contact the buyers about the feedback they provided.

    Not satisfied with the feedback received from the buyer?

We encourage all the buyers to consider all the efforts put by the sellers in delivering the orders and consider the same aspects when you provide feedback.

In order to protect the interest of the buyers and sellers from the misuse of any rating system in the marketplace, we take strenuous efforts and ensure that everyone follows all the etiquettes. Whether it is a buyer or seller, we strongly recommend you to contact the Support Center in case of any issues that cannot be resolved on your own. However, we recommend not to use any abusive language.

Is it possible to test the review system by purchasing an order from my account?

No. It is a fraudulent activity and marked under the manipulation of services and misuse of the marketplace. It is a deceitful technique used to increase the rating of the sellers. If you indulge in any related activity, it will lead to permanent suspension of all accounts related to your account, including your account.

I want only gigs with 5 star rating. Can I mention the same in my Gig description?

No. Rating and feedback system is meant to build a business. It is unfair and not permitted to seek 5 star rating for a poor delivery of the order. Under no circumstance, you can mention about the ratings you need. It simply depicts the quality of the work and professionalism you depicted in the order. If you ask for 5 star rating which does not really qualify, your account will be terminated.

Can the customer support remove buyers’ feedback?

Customer support can remove the feedback left by the buyer only under certain circumstances. We are not responsible for the quality of the services offered by sellers and cannot guarantee the level of rating / feedback provided by the buyers. Sellers should provide quality service and buyers should abide by the same. The customer support team acts as third party administration between the buyers and sellers and help them sort out the issues that trouble them.

Customer service needs a genuine reason to remove the buyer’s feedback from the seller’s gig page. The seller can raise a request to remove the feedback. However, if the feedback violates the terms of service of the marketplace or if the poor feedback is faultily given by buyer with or without intention, the feedback can be removed. Unless there is a valid reason that justifies the removal of feedback, the customer support cannot remove the feedback left by buyers.

Commercial Use:

A commercial use license is an additional option that buyers can purchase along with the gig. Sellers grant the exclusive, worldwide and non-transferable license with the order to be used for commercial purpose. The commercial use license includes the intellectual property rights. The right includes creation of Web Pages, software development, business related, advertisement, promotion and all other business related tools but excludes the unlawful use. However, the issue of Commercial Use License is subject to the Terms of Service of Part Time Now™.

All transfers of the intellectual property shall be provided to the buyer upon the sending full payment to the seller. If the buyer cancels the payment for any reason, the buyer has no right on completed work. The rights on all delivered work shall be transferred from the seller to the buyer. Gigs intended for personal use are not meant for commercial use. For instance, if a buyer’s order for a gig for the personal use, it cannot be used for commercial or trading purpose.

Copyright:

It is the type of right available to protect the title of the original works. This is very essential to protect the originality of the creative works. Only the owner has exclusive rights to distribute the work.

Exclusive rights of copyrighted work include,

  • The right to reproduce the original work in any form – copy, rewrite, rephrase, redistribute, replicate etc.
  • The right to use the original work as base work for new work – using as the main source.
  • The right to display the work publicly.

Creative works like images, content, graphics, videos, audios, logos and dramatic works are generally protected under copyright work. In simple terms, all creative work should be copyrighted. Copyright infringement is a punishable offence as per the appropriate laws.

Unless it is clearly stated in the description for a gig, all rights on the order / service delivered upon receiving the payment will be transferred to the buyer. Seller waives off all the moral and legal rights on the services delivered successfully.

All work and services delivered are considered as work for hire situation. In case if the work is not delivered or does not meet the requirements of the buyer, the copyright rules do not apply. If you use any images that are not owned by you, clearly indicate the source of the work.

All users who offer the service, i.e. the sellers should have sufficient permissions, approvals and proper licenses if required to offer the specific service at Part Time Now™. All users should comply with the laws, rules and Terms of Services as and when applicable. Failing to meet the requisites and Terms of Services as mentioned by us will lead to disability of the account.

Both sellers and buyers should maintain the confidentiality of the gigs they involve. It shall not be shared with third party or used for other purposes otherwise during the work in progress stage without the consent of the parties.

In addition, all users who otherwise openly indicate that all works uploaded from photos to videos will be used by Part Time Now™ for marketing and promotional purposes.

All work and services delivered are considered as work for hire situation. In case if the work is not delivered or does not meet the requirements of the buyer, the copyright rules do not apply.

Examples of Violation of Copyright:

  • Editing / cropping / altering the images / using Photoshop.
  • Taking a screen shot / replicating the same / conversion of video into other forms etc.
  • Copying a basic design and using in different colors and themes.
  • Reselling the copyrighted content to multiple users.

Suspicious Messages

Phishing happens everywhere, even in the technology driven marketplace. So, any user can receive any links or images, or other requests to create your Part Time Now™ account / alter your account information or change your password or any other suspicious requests you may receive. If you are already logged into Part Time Now™ account, you will not receive any message or links that ask you to log in again. If you receive any phony links, immediately report to Support Center.

In addition, don’t encourage the users asking you to contact outside Part Time Now™. Similarly, avoid requesting payments or any transactions outside Part Time Now™.

Requesting or providing contact address, email address, links to social media accounts to contact outside the site, telephone numbers, Skype or other mode of contact details is prohibited.

Request Revisions

A request for revisions is an additional option facilitated at Part Time Now™ to enable the buyer to get the order delivered to perfection. Due to miscommunication or other reasons, the buyer may call for revisions to the order delivered by the seller.

The buyer can review the completed order, request for any revisions, accept the delivery and provide the feedback. In case of rejections, the buyer may request for revisions and set up new delivery time, several times. A seller has the option to deliver the order again if the revision request is raised.

Sellers have the control over revision requests and pricing towards the same. It helps you manage the right over buyer’s request for revisions of the order and modification of the order pricing and source file pricing. As a seller, you can choose the number of extra revisions you are willing to offer, the cost of every revision, duration and delivery deadline for every revision.

In order to avoid any consequences in terms or revision, we encourage buyers and sellers to communicate properly and sort out the queries in advance, before commencing the order.

When there is no request for revision or no rating after 3 days of delivering the order, it will be marked as complete automatically.

Copycat Gigs

All the content of the gigs available in the Part Time Now™ are generated by the users. We do not check the content created and uploaded by the user for the violation of rights. If any gigs have been copied, we are not accountable for the same. If you find any copied gigs, report to us immediately and we will review the same and take necessary actions.

Reporting Abuse

If you notice any content or images or videos or other transactions that violates the Terms of Service, report it immediately using Report This option in the single job page or through the Support Center to take necessary actions. All cases are carefully reviewed by the team.

  • Holding multiple accounts to abuse a specific / set of specific users.
  • Creating multiple accounts to spam.
  • Targeted abuse (specifically harassing the targeted user).
  • Selling the Part Time Now™ accounts.

To prevent abuse, spam and fraudulent transactions, all refund transactions are processed after it is completely reviewed by the customer support team.

Similarly, do not promote any illegal and abusive content in any manner. If you are under receiving end of the abuse content, notify us immediately.

Withdrawals

Sellers have the option to withdraw funds using different withdrawal option. When you have sufficient balance to withdraw the money from your account, you can withdraw it using any of the two options, given below.

  1. PayPal Account
  2. Payoneer

Your Part Time Now™ Account should be updated with any of the withdrawal options available at the Part Time Now™. The seller’s account will be credited with the reward after 7 days mandatory clearance period after the order is completed.  Withdrawals are final and when it is done, it cannot be undone.

For security reasons, no withdrawal transactions are permissible until 24 hours of updating the PayPal email. It means the PayPal email will be disabled for first 24 hours.

If you are a seller, you will have to withdraw the funds before you deactivate your account. You will not have any option to withdraw funds later.

If you are a buyer and made some deposits in your account, contact our customer support to close your account.

Intellectual Property, Claims

Part Time Now™’s intellectual property claims are based on User Generated Content. We do not check the content created and uploaded by the user for the violation of rights. If any gigs have been copied, we are not accountable for the same. If you find any copied gigs, report to us immediately and we will review the same and take necessary actions.

Disabled Account

When the seller’s account is disabled by the customer support team, sellers can withdraw the revenue from the disabled account only after a safety period of 45 days to 90 days, which is decided by Customer Support team. Do Contact Us for a quick resolution if needed.

Restriction of Account

Following are few terms related to restrictions on the account in case of restricted users:

Sellers who create multiple accounts and provide similar gigs violate the terms of service.

When a dispute is raised on any user account, the account is restricted.

What a user can do when the account is restricted:

  • Have ability to access to the orders.
  • Cannot place any new orders or create new gigs or communicate with other users.
  • Can withdraw the amount from the account.
